You can have your order delivered to any desired location by PostNL.
Everyone is familiar with PostNL, they have been delivering your mail for 220 years, they are reliable and fast! PostNL delivered from Monday to Saturday until 9.30 pm. You can follow the shipment (date and time indication) by means of a Track & Trace code that you will receive in the mail from us. Please note, unfortunately the email may end up in the unwanted inbox.
You will see the shipping costs when you place an order. Sometimes the items are too large to ship or cannot be sent by post. This is always stated in the description of the product.
Packaging
We try to recycle as many boxes and plastic as possible. So it may just be that you receive your order in a recycled box, which makes a difference!

Shipping options Belgium:
Delivery Belgium (€13.00)
The shipping costs for a package to Belgium are € 13.00 per delivery address. Your order will be shipped with PostNL.

Shipping options abroad:
The shipping costs for a package abroad have different rates.
To set this, click on shipping costs 'Netherlands' in the shopping cart, after which the option appears to adjust this to a country of your choice. Is the country not listed? Feel free to contact us for the possibilities.
Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 14 days after you have received the package.
This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product, and must be registered via info@checkpoint-militaria.com, stating: what the reason for the return or exchange is.
When we have received your e-mail you will receive a return number from us so that you can return the order to us. The costs for returning items are for your own account. Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that are not carefully packaged or arrive damaged. If this is the case, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be credited.
Mail to info@checkpoint-militaria.com what the reason for return is and which item it concerns.
Print out the return form and fill it in completely. (You can find this under Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy)
Pack the item as well as possible and provide it with the return label that you received by e-mail and do not forget to send the return form.
Drop off the package at the post office near you.
Good to know
Unstamped returns are not accepted.
The items to be returned must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
After we receive the item in good condition have received, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.
