Vietnam War - U.S. First Aid Field Dressing
U.S. soldier’s first aid field dressing, the dressing is sized 4" x 7" and is the sized used in the M1942/M1956 & M1967 first aid/compass pouches often seen attached to suspenders.
The field dressing is new old stock and comes with its original card storage box made by the Lily White Sales Co New York.
